Primary (Grade 3) teacher needed
Bright Future International Training & Services (BFITS), an educational organization which provides primary and secondary academic programs to private and government schools in Thailand, seeks to hire motivated, ambitious, responsible BA/BS graduates with TEFL certification who are interested in professional development, cultural exchange and travel. We are a very academically-oriented and dedicated company.
We highlight the importance of integrating technology into our classrooms, and all classrooms are equipped with white boards, air conditioning, and LCD projectors to help each and every student become involved in learning.

Position Description
Primary Grade 3 Teacher to teach 18 hours a week to include: Science x5 hours, Language Arts x5 hours, Math x5 hours, Health x1 hour and ICT x2 hours.
This school is located in the rural province of Phang-Na, twenty minutes away from the tourist destination of James Bond Island. The Phang-Na area is famous for exotic beaches, lush tropical setting and excellent water clarity for snorkeling and diving. Class size is 25 students. This position will be best suited for a more laid back personality with strong academic qualifications.

Benefits:
• 38,000 baht salary per month plus 500 baht per hour over 80 teaching hours /monthly
• 12 month contract that can be extended for additional years and additional benefits.
• End of Contract bonus up to 25,000 baht increasing to 30,000 baht with additional years.
• Guaranteed yearly 3% cost of living pay increase minimum.
• BUPA medical insurance paid.
• 1-2 weeks paid vacation (additional week for each additional year of employment up to 4 weeks).
• 2-4 Paid personal/sick days
• All Thai government holidays off with pay (13-15 days annually)
• Assistance in obtaining a Non-B visa (Teacher must provide proper documentation-Original Degree/TEFL).
• Visa extension, work permit, and teacher’s license paid by BFITS.
• A Thai coordinator is assigned to the school to assist you with program maintenance, copies, etc.
• Yearly professional development training provided for free during school breaks. Topics of training based on teacher requests and needs.
• Required "Thai Culture Course" for Work Permit/Visa is paid by company. • Western Management .

Strategies
Students are introduced to the cartoon above. Particular focus is given to the expression on Mudpies' face in each section of the comic.

In small groups, students brainstorm words to describe the look on Mudpies face during the soccer match.

Students then use the expression words, to draw and write their own cartoon.

Alicana ofrece, además, una variedad de cursos, tanto en niveles iniciales -desde los 4 años- como en los intermedios y avanzados. Los cursos para adultos son intensivos, cuatrimestrales y anuales.>

Los profesores de Alicana, muchos de ellos con título de posgrado y con experiencia en el exterior, utilizan videos, organizan competencias y salidas para exponer a los alumnos a usos reales de la lengua.>

Ofrece también preparación en exámenes como el Toefl, Ecce (First Certificate) e Ecpe (Proficiency) de la Universidad de Michigan requeridos para estudiar en universidades de otros países o para tener una certificación personal.
